Coaching 101

Sports physicals are required by Oregon Law for athletes in grades 7-12. Physicals are good for two year increments.

Please make sure you are signing your child up for the appropriate age/ grade level sport. If you wish you "play up" please read our "playing up" policy and contact the Park & Rec Office.

*Please note that if you register your child for a sport above their current age/ grade level they will be placed on a waiting list until registration is closed and may require approval from the director and board members. There is no guarantee they will get placed on that team. See our "Playing up" Policy.

Elementary Sports

Mat Club (Prek-5th grade) is now ran directly through The Pride Mat Club, not administered by Park & Rec. Please email jeffersonmatclub@gmail.com for more information. If you have already registered through Park and Rec, your fees have been refunded and your name has been given to the coaches. Please reach out to them for specific wrestling questions.
